Free membership
The Free Reader membership is free. No payment is collected, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid memberships (if offered in the future)
The Site does not currently offer paid memberships. If paid tiers are added, these terms will apply:
- Cancel any time. You can cancel a paid membership at any time from your account page or by contacting us. Your membership will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- No partial refunds. We don’t give refunds or credits for unused or partial billing periods.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you’re charged twice, or charged in error, we will refund that charge if you request it within 30 days of the charge.
How to request a refund
Email dkashvale@gmail.com with the email address on your account, the date and amount of the charge, and a short description of the problem. We’ll reply as soon as we can, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment processor.
